December 17th, 2007 | by admin |

Software, as we all know needs to be tested and retested in order to iron out all the kinks present in a program. software testing models are the general approach taken towards the testing process.  The correct models have to be matched with the type of software and the programming in order to be able to find as many errors as possible, especially errors that can hamper important instruction cycles in the program. The models are as follows: Context-driven, Factory, Analytic, Quality, and IV&V. Each makes use of manual and/or automatic testing methods and each has their roles, advantages, and disadvantages in the software testing process.
