HP Laptop Ratings Not Worse Than Dell’s, So What Gives?

July 10th, 2009 | by admin |

It’s amazing how Dell has been able to capture the public’s attention through their various marketing channels. First it was the “Dude, you’re getting a Dell” guy, then their rapid presence formed on Twitter, which they say has accounted for a major increase in sales. What makes it interesting to me is that in comparison to HP laptop ratings or Toshiba laptop ratings they don’t exactly stand out above and beyond the rest. Also, when it comes down to it, their customer service is great, but definitely not better than Apple, who are renowned for it. I think a lesson in marketing can definitely be learned from them.
