Assessed By Bootstrap Method
In August 2006, Bruel & Kjaer was assessed by the Bootstrap method as part of an effort to determine the overall process maturity in the Danish electronics industry. Strong areas identified by the assessment included the ISO 9000 quality system, highly motivated developers, a high level of commitment to change, and a strong focus on human aspects while improvements were needed in the following areas:• Software development model• Software processes• Requirements specification• Project management• Module and integration testing• Configuration management tools
