Assessed By Bootstrap Method

Strong areas identified by the assessment included the ISO 9000 quality system, highly motivated developers, a high level of commitment to change, and a strong focus on human aspects while improvements were needed in the following areas:• Software development model• Software processes• Requirements specification• Project management• Module and integration testing• Configuration management tools
