Administrator account is disabled

I have vista home premium edition, and after I installed the windows updates the other day and restarted my computer everything on my desktop disappeared, the computer acts as if this is the first time. Whenever I restart my computer it reverts everything that I did to it, the administrator is disabled. I cant access my computer as an administrator or install any tools. I tried scanning my computer using the virus and spyware scanners I have. Can anyone tell me what to do to make it login or at least ton how to change the account to admin and transfer my files??
