But in the last 3-5 years more and more of us are using wireless network installations in our homes. We’ve all managed fine without them up until now, so why have they become so popular? We’ll the real reason is that we have now found so many uses for wireless technology that using it at home just makes sense. Of course you use this type of network to connect computers together, you can also use it to let all of your computers share a printer or an Internet connection. But one other reason for the growth in wireless network installations is games consoles. The Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 both give users the ability to play games via the Internet and this is one craze that will continue to grow very quickly.
