More tips from Madagascar Computer Animation Breakthroughs

December 12th, 2007 | by admin |

So you took my advice and watched the animation movie, Madagascar right? Well, here is another computer animation tip just in case you didn’t note it while observing the animation techniques used in the movie. The animators of this film said in an interview that the hair of every animal shown in the movie had a computer code line comprising numerous algorithm numbers. These numbers, apparently, were actually compressed as well as rendered overnight! Not just that, some years back, it would have been tough to show even five animals in one scene but in this movie, you’ve got about a thousand animals in a dance scene. Did you note it while you watched? If you did, you are a good learner.
