Management Document Storage Standards
Our archive of documents is rapidly approaching a point where it will be unmanageable. It’s time to institute some
management document storage standards. We need to be able to find information quickly when we need it, and our present system isn’t cutting it.
In particular, I’ve been looking at Small Business Document Management as a way to help us get our act together. Someone has to do something before we all drown in paper.
Of course getting the management document storage standards instated, and getting people to actually follow them, will be the toughest task. We’re going to have to crack the whip.
