Where Can I Learn More About the Crystal Reports Viewer?

I am trying to find some good resources that I can use to learn more about Crystal Report Viewer. I keep getting the same error message, and I can’t figure out what the problem might be. I really don’t want to have to have someone come in to help me with it, so I want to see if I can figure out what is wrong on my own. I keep getting an error message saying Crystal Report Viewer Logon Failed. Why would this happen? And how can I stop it from happening so I can log on and start using the program?
